Have I got the attention of yours?
Numerous people don’t believe that the aforementioned statement holds true as they do not understand the fundamentals of weight loss.
Slimming down is not a sprint, it is a marathon. Quite simply do not try to slim down in 2 weeks that took two years to gain. For sure there are diets which promise you will lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks but a lot of those diets aren’t sustainable. When you go on one of these diets you will lose weight, though it’s mainly water, not the excess fat that you want to lose. After you finish or received positive reviews even go off this diet plan, and you’ll because most of them are boring and you go back to eating the food items that you love, you are going to gain the pounds you lost and much more because you didn’t change your eating behaviour while on the diet.
So how can losing weight be simple? To begin with you need to set yourself attainable and reasonable goals. Use the SMART method of goal setting:
Specific – establish a target goal for the fat loss of yours, keep to a rather small number say two to 3 pounds
Measurable – make a record of your progress in a Weight Loss Journal
Achievable – make the aim you set something that’s feasible to attain.
Realistic – don’t attempt to shed all the weight all at once, remember this’s a marathon
